1. dutch oven replacement handle Review – Replacement Handle Pair for Revere Ware Pots/Dutch Ovens (Single Screw)

Replacement Handle Pair for Revere Ware Pots/Dutch Ovens (Single Screw)

dutch oven replacement handle REVIEW – IMAGE SOURCE AMAZON

  • Make sure this fitsby entering your model number.
  • Replacement handle pair for Revere Ware pots / Dutch ovens (single screw)
  • These are made to fit only 70’s and newer pots and Dutch ovens made by Revere Ware that have a handle that looks the same
  • These handles are NOT made to be general replacement handles for any cookware piece.
  • Please do not purchase them just to try them on a non Revere Ware pot and return them if they don’t work.

These are replacement handles for newer era (post 1968) Revere Ware pots and Dutch ovens (the ones with one screw per handle that screw directly at a 90 degree angle into the side of the pot). These handles are made for Revere Ware pots made in the last few decades that have handles that look the same, and will not fit any other model of Revere Ware pots, or pots from any other maker. These parts are newly manufactured and are made to look and work just like original Revere Ware pot handles.

These handles are not general replacement pot handles.

Material: Bakelite, stainless steel Includes:

Included: Each order includes two handles, enough for one pot.

Measurements: Approximately 3.0 in (75.5 mm) x 1.25 (32 mm) x 1.5 in in (38 mm)

Fits: Newer era pots and Dutch ovens that use a single screw only, that screws at a 90 degree angle into a bracket on the side of the pot. If your pot handles look like these, they should fit.

Replaces: The original Revere part number for this part was 36134.

Part Notes: The screws included with these handles are Phillips head, not slotted like some of the original Revere Ware pot handle screws were. Because the original slot head screws strip very easily, we consider this an improvement.

Bakelite notes: Because Bakelite is somewhat brittle, over tightening can cause the Bakelite to crack. Use caution when tightening.

Use and care: These handles (and Bakelite in general) are not oven-safe and repeated washing in a dishwasher will dull the surface of the Bakelite.

Use care to not expose the handles to open flame buy turning a gas flame on too high as it will case the Bakelite to smoke and emit a bad odor, and possibly crack. Bakelite in general is not safe to expose to an open flame.

5. dutch oven replacement handle Review – Replacement Vintage Revere Ware Pot/dutch Oven Handle Pair (2-screw)

Replacement Vintage Revere Ware Pot/dutch Oven Handle Pair (2-screw)

dutch oven replacement handle REVIEW – IMAGE SOURCE AMAZON

    This fits your .
  • Make sure this fitsby entering your model number.
  • Replacement handle for vintage Revere Ware pots/Dutch ovens
  • Includes new screws

These are replacement handles for vintage era Revere Ware pots and Dutch ovens (the ones with two screws per handle). These parts are newly manufactured and are made to look and work just like original Revere Ware pot handles.

Material: Bakelite, stainless steel

Includes: Each handle includes two handle halves + four screws. Each order includes two handles, enough for one pot.

Measurements: 3.33 in (85 mm) long, 0.68 in (17 mm) thick, holes are 1.5 in (38 mm) apart on center.

Fits: Vintage era pots and Dutch ovens. If your pot handles look like these, they should fit.

Replaces: The original Revere part number for this replacement handle was 628.

Part Notes
The screws included with these handles are Phillips head, not slotted like the original Revere Ware pot handle screws were. Because the original slot head screws strip very easily, we consider this an improvement.
These handles have a matte finish, not a glossy one like the other Bakelite parts we sell. In our experience, some original pot handles had a glossy finish and some had a matte finish. We chose to go with the matte finish to provide a better grip.

Bakelite notes
Because Bakelite is somewhat brittle, over tightening can cause the Bakelite to crack or the screw inserts to pull out.
These handles are not oven-safe and repeated washing in a dishwasher will dull the surface of the Bakelite.

Installation Notes
When you screw these on, if the smaller piece seems to not be on quite all the way, unscrew both screws a little, wiggle the handle to seat the handle better, and screw the handle tight again.

Replacement Lid Knobs for Revere Ware Lids (two knobs)

    This fits your .
  • Make sure this fitsby entering your model number.
  • Repacement knob for Revere Ware lids
  • These knobs are made for the copper bottom line of Revere Ware cookware
  • This package includes two knobs.

These are replacement lid knobs for Revere Ware lids. They fit lids with knobs that appear the same. These parts are newly manufactured and are made to look and work just like original Revere Ware knob.

Material: Bakelite, brass

Includes: Bakelite knob with brass screw insert. The screw insert is the female part inside the knob. This knob does NOT come with a separate screw as all Revere Ware lids have a screw stud attached on them. If you want to use this knob with another type of lid that does not have a built in screw stud, you will need to purchase an 8/32 (stainless or brass) screw separately and cut it to the proper size.

Measurements: 1.7 in (43 mm) diameter, 0.7 in (18 mm) tall.

Fits: All Revere Ware lids, vintage era and newer that have a similar looking knob. This knob may not fit Revere Ware lid styles that have a different looking knob.

Replaces: The part was called ‘Bakelite Cover Knob’ and the original Revere number for this part was 2677. It was also referred to as part no. 625.

Bakelite notes
Over-tightening the knobs may cause the Bakelite to crack. Be gentle.
Bakelite is generally not oven safe.
Bakelite will be dulled by washing in a dishwasher.

In this listing we sell the knobs in pairs to reduce the shipping cost per item.

Troubleshooting
If you see something like an eraser head instead of a screw on your lid, try unscrewing it with pliers to expose the screw. This is the screw insert from the old knob.

    This fits your .

  • Large replacement handle for 2-screw stile vintage Revere Ware sauce pans and skillets
  • Includes necessary hardware (screws, nuts, washers hanging hook)
  • Please see description below for information on determining the proper size handle

These are large sized replacement handles for vintage era Revere Ware pans. These parts are new and are made to look and work just like original Revere Ware handles.

Material: Bakelite, stainless steel

Includes: Two handle halves and hardware set

Measurements: 5.25 inch (130 mm) long, 3.1 inch (79 mm) between holes on center, fits a 3/4 inch metal spline.

How to fit: To determine the proper size handle make sure your sauce pan or skillet has a 3/4 inch tall metal spline, and has approximately 3.1 inches between the centers of the screw holes. If you have a 3/4′ spline and 3.7′ between the centers of the holes, you need the xtra large handle. For a 5/8′ spline, you need the medium handle, and a 3/8′ spline height, the small handle.

Possibly fits: Vintage era 7 inch pans, 8 inch skillets, 9 inch square skillets. These fit Revere Ware pans with handles that have two screws through the Bakelite.

Hardware Notes
The screws in the hardware set are Phillips head, not slotted like the original Revere Ware screw sets were. Because the original slot head screws strip very easily, we consider this an improvement.

Bakelite Notes
Bakelite is a great heat resistant material, but it can be a bit brittle. The most important thing is to not over tighten the screws when assembling the pan handle or you can crack the handle.
These parts are not oven safe. Washing in a dishwasher may dull the finish over time.

Installation Notes
We have seen about 5 percent of handles where the screw holes are off just enough to make it very hard to get the nuts to go all the way through. The is just a natural variation in the original Revere manufacturing process. A slight widening of the holes on the metal spline will allow the handles to fit.

Material: Bakelite, stainless steel

Includes: Two handle halves + hardware set

Measurements: 5.7 in (145 mm) long, 3.7 in (95 mm) between holes on center.

How to fit: To determine the proper size handle make sure your sauce pan or skillet has a 3/4 inch tall metal spline, and has approximately 3.7 inches between the centers of the screw holes. If you have a 3/4′ spline and 3.1′ between the centers of the holes, you need the large handle, not this one. For a 5/8′ spline, you need the medium handle, and a 3/8′ spline height, the small handle.

Typically fits: Vintage era 8 in pans, 10 in & 12 in skillets, 10 in square skillets, large griddles, and possibly others. These fit Revere Ware pans with handles that have two screws through the Bakelite.

Hardware Notes
The screws in the hardware set are Phillips head, not slotted like the original Revere Ware screw sets were. Because the original slot head screws strip very easily, we consider this an improvement.

  • Medium replacement handle for 2-screw style Revere Ware sauce pans and skillets
  • Includes necessary hardware (screws, nuts, washers hanging hook)
  • Please see description below for information on determining the proper size handle

These are newly manufactured medium size replacement handles for vintage era 2-screw Revere Ware pans.

Material: Bakelite, stainless steel

Includes: Two handle halves + hardware set

Measurements: 4.6 in (117 mm) long, 2.6 in (66mm) between holes on center.

How to fit: Make sure your sauce pan or skillet has a 5/8 inch tall metal spline, and has approximately 2.6 inches between the centers of the screw holes. If you have a 3/4′ spline you need the large or x-large size, not this one. For a 3/8′ spline height, you need the small handle.

These work with Revere Ware pans with handles that have two screws through the Bakelite.

In some cases the longer nut and screw may bottom out before being completely tight on the far hole (near the hanging loop) of the medium pan handle. The solution is either to add a washer or to grind the screw down slightly, about 1/6 of an inch.
